in downtown St. Augustine, directly across from Meehan's Irish Pub:

Tours made by reservation depart from the clock-tower courtyard at the
Historic Downtown Parking Facility at 1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
The courtyard is on the east side of the parking garage.
